- Position Overview:
As an Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and their families during critical moments. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills in a 24/7 call center environment.
- Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay: $18-22/hour (based on experience)

- Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from clients and families with professionalism and empathy
Collect essential information and explain the bail bond process clearly
Connect clients with our licensed bail agents
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service during high-stress situations
- Qualifications:
Customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
Excellent phone communication skills and multitasking ability
Availability for overnight, weekend, and rotating shifts
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
